We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
reCAPTCHA is designed to check whether the data entered on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) is being entered by a human or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, length of time the website visitor spends on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.
The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that an analysis is taking place.
The data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f of GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its web offerings from abusive automated spying and from SPAM.
For more information about Google reCAPTCHA and Google’s privacy policy, please visit the following links: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de and https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/v3.htmll .
use of EverCAPTCHA
To protect our contact form against unwanted use, we use the EverCAPTCHA service of our website creator and host Internet Online Media GmbH, Hetmanekgasse 1b, 1230 Vienna. This service is provided by the subcontracted data processor: wwwe GmbH, Hansaallee 299, 40549 Düsseldorf. EverCAPTCHA makes it possible to distinguish whether the data entered into the contact form was actually entered by a human or was abusively automated by a machine, a so-called spam bot.
For this purpose, various questions are asked when using our forms (such as: "Click on a symbol X" etc.). EverCAPTCHA stores all of a user's failed attempts, an IP address via a session ID, which is stored in LocalStorage. The session ID is sent to the server via JavaScript with each request. If 30 incorrect entries are made, the user's IP address is permanently stored in a database to prevent spam. Otherwise, IP addresses are deleted within 7 days.
Widget YourRate

Further details on data processing can also be found in the General Terms and Conditions at https://www.yourrate.com/de/agb (hereinafter: YourRate).
The rating widget on our website requests data from YourRate. When you open the widget, your device establishes a connection to YourRate's servers via the browser you are using. This primarily records your IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is therefore technically necessary in order to enable the website and widgets to be delivered to your device. In particular, no tracking or statistical evaluation takes place.

If you click the Facebook “Like button” while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the contents of our pages to your Facebook profile. This enables Facebook to associate your visit to our pages with your user account. Google+ plugin

Collection and sharing of information: You can use the Google+ button to publish information worldwide. The Google+ button provides you and other users with personalized content from Google and our partners. Google stores both the information that you have given +1 for a piece of content and information about the page you viewed when you clicked +1. Your +1 may be displayed as references along with your profile name and photo in Google services, such as in search results or in your Google profile, or elsewhere on websites and ads on the Internet.
Google records information about your +1 activities to improve Google services for you and others. To use the Google+ button, you need a globally visible, public Google profile that must contain at least the name you chose for the profile. This name is used in all Google services. In some cases, this name may also replace another name that you used when sharing content via your Google account. The identity of your Google profile may be displayed to users who know your email address or have other identifying information about you.

Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Demographic characteristics in Google Analytics
This website uses the "demographic characteristics" function of Google Analytics. This enables reports to be created that contain information about the age, gender and interests of site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google as well as visitor data from third parties. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can deactivate this function at any time via the ad settings in your Google account or generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as described in the "Objection to data collection" section.
storage period
Data stored by Google at user and event level that is linked to cookies, user IDs (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs (e.g. DoubleClick cookies, Android advertising ID) is anonymized or deleted after 14 months. You can find details at the following link: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7667196?hl=de
Google Analytics Remarketing
Our websites use the functions of Google Analytics Remarketing in conjunction with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
This function makes it possible to link the advertising target groups created with Google Analytics Remarketing with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. In this way, interest-based, personalized advertising messages that have been tailored to you based on your previous usage and surfing behavior on one device (e.g. mobile phone) can also be displayed on another of your devices (e.g. tablet or PC).
If you have given your consent, Google will link your web and app browsing history to your Google account for this purpose. This means that the same personalized advertising messages can be displayed on every device on which you log in with your Google account.
To support this feature, Google Analytics collects Google-authenticated user IDs that are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data to define and create audiences for cross-device ad delivery.
You can permanently object to cross-device remarketing/targeting by deactivating personalized advertising; to do so, follow this link: https://adssettings.google.com/ .
The data collected is summarized in your Google account solely on the basis of your consent, which you can give or withdraw to Google (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). For data collection processes that are not merged in your Google account (e.g. because you do not have a Google account or have objected to the merging), the data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest arises from the fact that the website operator has an interest in the anonymized analysis of website visitors for advertising purposes.
Further information and the data protection provisions can be found in Google's privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads?hl=de .
Google AdSense
This website uses Google AdSense, a service for integrating advertisements from Google Inc. ("Google"). The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google AdSense uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of the use of the website. Google AdSense also uses so-called web beacons (invisible graphics). These web beacons can be used to evaluate information such as visitor traffic on these pages. The information generated by cookies and web beacons about the use of this website (including your IP address) and the delivery of advertising formats is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google may pass this information on to Google's contractual partners. However, Google will not merge your IP address with other data stored by you. AdSense cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize both its website and its advertising. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. By using this website, you agree to the processing of the data collected about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.
Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking
This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising program from Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
As part of Google AdWords, we use what is known as conversion tracking. When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie is set for conversion tracking. Cookies are small text files that the Internet browser stores on the user's computer. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used to personally identify users. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.
Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by easily deactivating the Google Conversion Tracking cookie in your Internet browser under user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
The storage of “conversion cookies” and the use of this tracking tool are based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize both its website and its advertising.
For more information about Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking, please see Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de .

11. Our social media presence
data processing by social networks
We maintain publicly accessible profiles on social networks. The social networks we use in detail can be found below.
Social networks such as Facebook, Google+ etc. can generally analyze your user behavior comprehensively when you visit their website or a website with integrated social media content (e.g. like buttons or advertising banners). Visiting our social media presences triggers numerous data protection-relevant processing operations. In detail:
If you are logged into your social media account and visit our social media presence, the operator of the social media portal can assign this visit to your user account. However, your personal data may also be recorded if you are not logged in or do not have an account with the respective social media portal. In this case, this data is collected, for example, via cookies that are stored on your device or by recording your IP address.
Using the data collected in this way, the operators of the social media portals can create user profiles in which your preferences and interests are stored. In this way, interest-based advertising can be shown to you both inside and outside of the respective social media presence. If you have an account with the respective social network, the interest-based advertising can be displayed on all devices on which you are or were logged in.
Please also note that we cannot track all processing operations on the social media portals. Depending on the provider, further processing operations may therefore be carried out by the operators of the social media portals. Details can be found in the terms of use and data protection provisions of the respective social media portals.
Legal basis
Our social media presence is intended to ensure the most comprehensive possible presence on the Internet. This is a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The analysis processes initiated by the social networks may be based on different legal bases, which must be specified by the operators of the social networks (e.g. consent within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
Responsible party and assertion of rights
If you visit one of our social media sites (e.g. Facebook), we and the operator of the social media platform are jointly responsible for the data processing operations triggered during this visit. You can generally assert your rights (information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and complaint) both against us and against the operator of the respective social media portal (e.g. Facebook).
Please note that despite our shared responsibility with the social media portal operators, we do not have full influence on the data processing procedures of the social media portals. Our options are largely determined by the company policy of the respective provider.
Storage period
The data we collect directly via the social media presence is deleted from our systems as soon as the purpose for storing it no longer applies, you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Stored cookies remain on your device until you delete them. Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
We have no influence on the storage period of your data, which is stored by the operators of the social networks for their own purposes. For details, please contact the operators of the social networks directly (e.g. in their privacy policy, see below).
